The Sal requested a picture of a retarded midget . . . and not only does he get that, but he also gets a picture of a retarded midget fishing. Holy shit, imagine that combo. Too bad the 'tard's not fishing in a sandbox, 'cause that would be perfect. For those who put in a request prior to The Sal . . . you have to remember the age old adage "Bro's before Ho's".
