I didn't say much about the KFC "Double Down" "sandwich" when I saw it, because it's not a sandwich if no bread is involved, and I didn't think it would start a trend in Americans eating worse than they already do. But then, I spotted this on the internets. It looks like Carl's Jr. has stepped up to the "let's make Americans fatter" (dinner) plate and they're now offering foot-long cheeseburgers. This is no joke, looks like they're testing this concept out right now, but look forward a rash of massive coronaries hitting your town sometime soon.

Foot-long Cheeseburgers - Finally?!

Ukranian Street Fighters
Oh Ukranians . . . Why fight like this? In broad daylight? While drunk? And with spectators? Oh, it's for my own personal amusement? Then carry on, please. This fight is almost epic. It runs for a good five minutes, interrupted here and there by Ukranians of saner (or should I say sober) minds who try to break up the fight . . . repeatedly. I don't know what sparked this dust up, but does it really matter? I didn't think so. If someone does speak the language and wants to translate what is being said, then please, be my guest. Drop something in the comments section below. Shine some light on this. Or not. It's enjoyable either way.

Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl Trailer = WTF!?
"Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl" is a movie. I can say that for sure. But why the Japanese decided to make this is beyond my realm of comprehension. It looks bug-nuts insane. It's all blood spray and terrible acting from what I can gleam from the trailer. But, maybe that's why I want to watch it now. In any case, peep out the trailer. And get some handy wipes ready to wipe off the excess blood from your computer screens. It's that bloody.

The Japanese Louis Armstrong
I somehow need to get a cable channel where they show nothing but Japanese game shows. I don't even know what kind of competition this is . . . but if it involves a dude in black face, making faces that I could only correlate to a bad case of constipation, I want to watch it. Sure, this could be seen as borderline racist, but remember, if you hate this Japanese dude for impersonating a black man, then you're kind of hating Asians, and that would complete the racism cycle. So, instead of being part of the problem, just laugh, move on, and be part of the solution.

Match Made in WTF!
They were very chatty. Pamela was being her usual flirty self and Michael seemed to be responding. They are such a strange couple but they seemed to really hit it off."I'm not quite sure what to make of this. And Michael Jackson is turning 50?! Holy crap. I wonder how many young boys he wants for his birthday.
So much so Michael plucked up the courage to ask Pammy out on a second date. And she was more than happy to accept.
We're told: "They went for a coffee at Country Mart in Malibu and looked very comfortable with each other. They chatted about Michael turning 50, his new album, their kids. And he seemed genuinely interested in Pamela."

The English Language in the Shitter
*sigh* What the fuck work. This is not the only instance of either a misspelling or a completely different word used than what should have been used. I'll try to get more picture evidence. Oooh, now I feel like one of those corporate spies. But I don't shoot on micro-film and I'm not packing a silenced 9mm.
Yet. . . . .

Brooke Hogan in Playboy?
Brooke Hogan has been approached to pose nude for the famous men's magazine, her publicist told the Daily News on Wednesday. And she didn't say no.Well, Playboy did put WWF wrestler Chyna in their magazine once (I still get the shakes whenever that unpleasant memory re-surfaces), so it's not all that weird that Brooke Hogan would make it into the long-published gentleman's magazine. But do we need to see Brooke Hogan naked? I'll take a pass on that one. Seeing her in bikinis is testing the limits of what I can take already.
The "Brooke Hogan Knows Best" star, 20, could use a boost for her stagnant singing career. Hogan's 2006 album "Undiscovered" reportedly sold just 127,000 copies.
"No decision has been made at this time," her rep said.

BAFW Vacation in Progress
Some of you might not have noticed that since Friday afternoon, I've been on vacation. I set up BAFW to keep posting things (mostly videos as you have seen) during my absence using Blogger's future posting option. It's pretty cool. I spent Saturday through Monday in Las Vegas, gambling and drinking giant margarita drinks (and subsequently feeling like shit) the whole weekend. We even caught a burlesque show over at The Palms casino courtesy of my cousin Mig. The whole weekend was a great time and I only (technically) lost $100 bucks. My sister won $1000 on a dollar slot machine (I think she said it was a Wheel of Fortune one) and my brother in law came up even after spending way too much time at the blackjack tables over at the Paris casino. We even saw some sharks over in old Las Vegas, along with a trippy as fuck light show on Fremont street. The whole weekend was jam-packed with fun shit, and I wish I could give you an event by event breakdown of what happened. Unfortunately, I don't remember much. But, I did snap this picture while at the Golden Nugget's parking lot in downtown Las Vegas.

It's hard to speed when you're only walking
