Looks like Lindsay Lohan is up to her get-attention-anyway-you-can tactics to remain relevant in society. She's combined the just gaining popularity "down blouse" with the already established nipple slip to give us a nipple-down blouse-slip. It's like a hybrid vehicle almost. Or an alarm clock radio. In any case, she's showing it "accidentally", so I guess I'm posting it. Why? Nothing else to talk about today. But at least you get a nipple*.
