Well, Britney Spears has made her triumphant comeback . . . and it seems to have included the rather complicated medical procedure some people call: an add-a-dick-tomy. This clip also has Sharon Osbourne and David "The Hoff" Hasselhoff gushing over how much they like this version of Britney Spears . . . and of course, some cranky Englishman who seems to be the voice of reason.
